Before you send.

Location

No hotel booking needed to request a proposal. Finalize your event location and send it to us at least two weeks before your event date. Staying at a hotel? Book the room under your own name, then add the name listed on your proposal to the reservation as an additional guest so we can get in to set up.

Timing

Booking two weeks or more ahead is simplest. Under two weeks, we can often still help with a $100 rush fee.
